Who Is Maven?

Maven is a real estate consultant, syndicator, and partner that focuses on self-storage opportunities. We specialize in buying land and building in undersupplied markets as well as buying existing facilities with value-add opportunities. Our goal is to create time freedom and build wealth for our investors.

Sean is the founder of Maven Equities and Maven Cost Segregation Tax Advisors, a national leader in cost segregation services for self-storage facilities, multifamily properties, and other commercial real estate classes. As a real estate investor and a registered CPA, Sean leverages his deep expertise in real estate taxation to help investors accelerate depreciation and maximize after-tax returns. He began his real estate journey by investing in small multifamily properties before launching Maven Equities, a commercial real estate syndication company. Sean continues to manage his own portfolio of residential rentals while actively developing and investing in self-storage facilities across the U.S.
