We focus mostly on mid-market opportunities in growing suburban locations with under-supplied markets. Our niche is ground-up development. We specialize in buying land and building in undersupplied markets. The opportunities we find fill an existing demand that is currently not being met.

One of Maven’s main goals is to eliminate taxes for others. We do this within the code of the IRS by taking advantage of depreciation, 1031 exchanges, and tax-deferred retirement accounts. Our clients use the tax advantages from self-storage to offset their taxable income.

We know the business to the core, leverage technology, and partner with industry professionals. We utilize call centers, automatic payments, online management platforms, marketing experts, maintenance crews, CPAs, attorneys, etc. We manage the systems and operations that are put in place. Maven can operate its facilities fully remotely from anywhere in the world. The facilities have fantastic security including automatic gates, fences, and camera systems. They are clean and well lit. Much like a franchise, all our facilities operate pretty much the same.

Sean is an entrepreneur and investor who focuses on real estate opportunities. Sean manages his own portfolio of residential rental properties while also investing in and developing self-storage facilities. Sean is a registered CPA with a background in public accounting and private equity.
